SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs will always be borne by the customer and depend on both the number of units purchased and the destination country indicated.

These prices will update automatically when you enter your address at checkout.

For purchases of more than 50 units, we suggest you write to us via WhatsApp or email before ordering (in order to check the possibility of applying any discounts. The customer is also given the possibility to independently manage their shipment (always starting from the 50 units purchased): in this case, the customer must contact us, in order to calculate the preparation time of the order, as well as the measurements and weight of the package to be shipped; once ready, the customer will be notified and the latter can send us the shipping label created by him and we will proceed to apply it to the package containing the purchased units.

The estimated time for preparing the order before shipping is about 5-7 working days, although the process is usually quicker. While for shipping it will depend on the destination country, as well as the courier chosen by the customer (in case our courier is used, the times are around 5-7 working days).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returning the Subbuteo legend has never been so easy and fast!

If you need to return your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer returns with refunds within 15 days of product delivery, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

To initiate a return or exchange, you simply need to complete the following steps:

  • Send an email to laleggendadelsubbuteo@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the desire to return the product. In response, we will send you the data to proceed with the return.

  • Confirm that the returned product has been shipped (shipping costs will be borne by the customer), providing an identification code/tracking code so that we can verify the return at any time.

Additional information to consider:

  • Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear or use.

  • Under no circumstances can you return or exchange products that have been "personalized" or "modified" or "altered" based on specific customer requests, indicated in the order notes or via email, contact form, whatsapp or any other written form of communication received from us.

  • For products purchased using a code obtained through a "gift coupon", the refund will be made by issuing an additional discount code for the value of the purchase made (net of any shipping costs).

  • We also remind you that in case of absence at the time of delivery and unwillingness of the customer to collect the product in storage in the following 5 days, the product will be returned to the sender La Leggenda del Subbuteo, who will proceed to make a refund to the customer, net of the costs incurred for sending the product and for its return.
